When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you join an organization, we also store your role and team membership.

Monitoring Data

We collect data related to the endpoints you monitor, including URLs, response times, status codes, and uptime history. This data is used to provide the monitoring service and generate status pages.

Subscriber Information

When users subscribe to your status page for notifications, we collect their email addresses to deliver incident updates on your behalf.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us improve our platform and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our monitoring and status page services
  • Send incident notifications to your status page subscribers
  • Process billing and payments through our payment provider (Paddle)
  • Send you service-related communications (account alerts, downtime notices)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in to the dashboard. These cookies are HTTP-only and expire after 30 days. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your information with third parties only as necessary to provide our services:

  • Paddle — Processes payments and manages subscriptions. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and has its own privacy policy.
  • SMTP Provider — Delivers email notifications to your subscribers and transactional emails to your account.
  • Infrastructure Providers — We use cloud hosting services to run our platform. Your data is stored on servers within their infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Monitoring data (ping results, uptime history) is retained according to your plan's data retention period. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
