Refund Policy

At PingPage, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- Your transaction or invoice number (if available)

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Service Credits
If PingPage experiences extended downtime or service disruption that materially impacts your monitoring, we may offer service credits at our discretion. These credits will be applied to your next billing cycle and are non-transferable.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with features clearly described on our website prior to purchase
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
