Status Pages

Your public-facing status page where users can check service health and subscribe to updates.

Overview

Every organization gets a public status page at your-slug.pingpage.live. This page displays the current status of all your components, recent incidents, and uptime history.

What Your Status Page Shows

  • Overall status — a summary banner showing whether all systems are operational
  • Component list — each component with its current status
  • Uptime bars — 90-day uptime history for each component
  • Active incidents — any ongoing incidents with their latest updates
  • Incident history — past resolved incidents
  • Subscribe form — email subscription for notifications

Status Page URL

Your status page URL is based on your organization slug. For example, if your slug is acme, your status page is at acme.pingpage.live.

The slug is set when you create your organization and serves as a permanent identifier.

You can also connect a custom domain like status.yourcompany.com — both URLs will work in parallel.

Uptime Display

Each component shows a 90-day uptime history bar. Each day is represented by a colored segment:

  • Green — 100% uptime for that day
  • Yellow — some downtime but mostly operational
  • Red — significant downtime
  • Gray — no data available

Uptime percentages are calculated hourly based on monitor ping results.
